Project Santa Rosa

Introducing Santa Rosa, a dreamy holiday rental nestled in the serene landscapes of Santa Margalida, located in the north of the island. When the owners sought to enhance occupancy and positive guest feedback, they enlisted our expertise to breathe new life into their property.

VISION

With a focus on upgrading communal spaces like the living room, dining room and outdoor garden, we recognized the untapped potential awaiting transformation. Embracing the existing Mediterranean style infused with mid-century elements, we curated a cohesive concept that celebrated the property's unique character.

Drawing inspiration from its pink/rosa exterior, we christened the home "Santa Rosa," where natural tones harmonise with shades of pink to evoke warmth and tranquillity. To counterbalance the abundance of concrete and plain surfaces, we introduced textures and bespoke furnishings, creating inviting seating areas and a memorable dining experience.

Santa Rosa is more than just a holiday rental; it's a captivating blend of mid-century charm and Mediterranean allure, boasting special features that promise an unforgettable stay for guests seeking a retreat in the heart of Mallorca
